Information

Bookings - A deposit of 50% of the class fee is payable on booking. The balance is payable prior to class commencement. GST will be charged where applicable.

Enrolments & Payments - can be made in person during office hours. Alternatively phone 9786 1445 or email mahogany@optusnet.com.au for an enrolment form. We accept credit card payments by phone.

Program Childcare - Childcare is available for some daytime classes, however bookings are essential. A concession fee applies for parents who are attending a class. Call the Centre to book.

Cancellations - If a cancellation occurs we will notify you, otherwise please attend the first session. Deposits will be refunded if a class is cancelled by us.

Refunds - will be considered if a minimum of 7 days notice is given prior to commencement of the course. An administration charge of $5 will apply.

Waiting List - Names are taken & you will be notified if a class is starting or a vacancy occurs.

Fees - All class & activity fees are kept to a minimum. We do not want people to feel excluded because of financial difficulties. If the cost is a problem please speak to the Co-ordinator to arrange concessions or discuss other alternatives. Confidentiality is assured at all times.
